As a made-to-order brand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please consider and confirm you are picking the right size and style before purchasing as once an item has been placed into production, we are unable to adjust the order.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely chance that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within one-week of receiving your order. You can email us at email@example.com with your order number, name, and pictures of the damaged product, and we will personally assist you to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
